This Wooden robot is a collaboration with my five year old daughter. The hand stabilized Redwood Burl was found by my sweet wife and daughter. The dandelion puff was picked by my daughter and we cast it together. The eyes are made from Australian Yellow Box Burl and an iridescent green dycrotic sheet. The inlays are abalone shell wrapped in brass. I feel so close to my daughter through this piece that I have decided to keep this wooden robot for ourselves.
